Guest Member Inquiry – Regional Form Submission

By now, you should have read the information regarding Prospective Member, and you know Search and Rescue isn’t for everyone. It is potentially risky, expensive, as well as both physically and mentally challenging.

You must be at least 18 to join CARDA.  If you are younger,  you might consider joining California Explorer Search and Rescue (Cal-ESAR).

Dog Information

Do you have a dog now you intend to train?*
If "yes" you have a dog you intend to train, please share dog breed/mix and age.

Are you willing and able to travel up to 20,000 miles and spend up to $2,000 in first 18 months training to acquire needed skills and training?

One of the requirements of the initial 90 days period is to pass a 8 mile hike, 500+ elevation gain with 20lb backpack, are you ready to do this?
Describe your normal physical fitness regimen (ex. hiking, swimming, biking, gym workouts, etc.)
